I was contacted via a phone to set up a meeting, very standard procedure, and I agreed to a time for a phone interview. The day of the interview came and I was contacted 35 minutes after the scheduled interview time. I was also given no reason as to why the delayed phone call nor apology, very unprofessional. The interview itself was mediocre at best with vague answers to my questions in regards to the position. I certainly would not want to work for a company who cares this little about recruiting. I find it ironic, as the company itself is a recruitment firm...steer clear if you value your time!

The interview is incredibly easy at is it not hard to get a job here. Having a job here really is one of the easiest things to do. They do not have a high threshold for hiring.

Question 1
Only seemed concerned in where else I was interviewing because they need me to accept.
It was very fast-paced and the lead recruiter is automatically very invested. Unlike other interviews I've had, my campus recruiter was calling me almost every week through the process until the offer was secured.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALKU (Andover, MA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Very smooth process and amazing people that are very considerate and form a strong connection. They were never late to a single interview and will always follow up and respond very quickly when you have questions.
