Interview
The interview process is the worst I’ve ever seen. It involves a phone screening, 3 multiple interviews with various departments, and a meeting with the CEO. I passed each department over a 1.5 - two weeks time just be sent a rejection email within 30 minutes after the final interview. They didn’t have the decency to call or at least email feedback. It’s a waste of candidates time.

The interview asked some background information, then more information of my resume. The interview asked me some questions about my interests, and how those interests can impact a job. I was asked about my career goals for the future. Then I was allowed to ask some questions about the company and the interviewer's background and experience with the company.

Interview
The process started off with a screen by HR, then 4 separate phone interviews (2 with direct manager and then 2 more with other department heads).
The process was straight forward and no difficult questions were asked . However, there was no follow-up after the interview process letting the candidates know their status. A generic email could at least be sent as a courtesy. No follow-through from the company is what made this a negative experience.
