I went in not knowing what position I was being interviewed for. Before the questions began, I was given a job description and was allowed time to digest this new information. I thought my interview went well but I guess because I was a high school student that turned off the interviewer.

Got a call and scheduled a time to go in, met with manager and got asked some personal questions as well as a small quiz on the different types of memberships offered to guests then waited for a call back for my start date
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment in Jan 2019
Interview
Asked questions related to the job included questions about experience in the field, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities - it wasn't bad and training was plesent enough so can't complain.

Basic interview questions that you would get in a simple job like this. No real questions about working at a movie theater. If you look up basic interview questions and prepare an answer for each than you will be fine.
