      RTG Engineering Interview

      18 Apr 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at AMD

      Interview

Spoke to Rys Sommefeldt on the phone to discuss a position and it sounded relevant and worth taking further. Emailed him back and tried to get in contact to take it further but he absolutely ghosted me. No rejection, no removal of the position, nothing! I find out a few months later that he poached one of my colleagues instead, completely unprofessional behaviour. This kind of action really puts you off from even applying to the company in the future.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked about my background and how it was related to the role. Whether I was interested in working remotely etc.
