AMERICAN ISLAMIC CONGRESS Program Coordinator interview questions

Red Flags as far as the eye can see. This was the weirdest and least professional interview prosses I have ever been through. The first interview was a phone interview, I was asked at least three times throughout the interview if I would be taking their health care. I responded each time that I would have to compare what they offered with my own. The response from the interviewer was less than pleased I would have to think about this. I was also asked four to five times to give a sold number for salary. Each time I would respond that I would not give a number at this time. To which I was asked, "why can't you give me your number?" The second interview was a skype call. One hour after the call was scheduled to end I received a phone call with no explanation why I was being called late. Again with this interview, I berated over if I would take their health insurance and wanted to commit to a salary. Finally, I was called with a job offer. They sent an email just saying I was offered the job, with no other details about position details, compensation, bonus, employee benefits, privacy policies and termination conditions. I was then sent paperwork asking for all my personal information and contracts of employment that they needed the same day. There was a follow-up email asking me to come to a meeting not at their office in DC but to a house. Every time I asked for an official offer letter my request was deflected or not answered. They required me to sign a contracted before I could see an official offer letter detailing position details, compensation, bonus, employee benefits, privacy policies and termination conditions.
