I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AMS in Aug 2025
Interview
It was fast, they provided me with timely information, kept me up-to-date.
It was with 2 different people - a sourcer and the hiring manager. There were two calls, both conducted over Microsoft Teams. The first one didn’t require video while the second one did. There was also a language level check with a third person that lasted just 5 minutes.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AMS (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2026
Interview
A couple of recruiters at this company reached out to me. The first time being for a Learning and Development coordinator role. The recruiter ended up never responding to me after asking to reschedule our phone screen. A couple months go by, and the same recruiter reached out to me again for a different sourcing role at Morgan Stanley. I find their interview process to be unorganized and lacking in communication skills. When I did interview for their Morgan Stanley position, it was extremely fast paced and felt rushed. The second interviewer I met with seemed to only be concerned about numbers and KPI’s. Not a company I would want to work with moving forward.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMS (Berlin) in May 2022
Interview
