Interview
It all happened fast, I was headhunted over Linked In and had an interview with my potential team lead the other day. Two days latter, I had an interview with the higher manager. They were nice and explained everything I wanted to know. had to make an offer for a pay I won't, not knowing the range. Aside that, it was great.

Interview
Two interviewers took turn to ask a prescribed list of questions none of which were technical. They were quite vague and mainly about how you deal with problems and people.
