Interview
Interview process started well with the resourcer. Fast turnaround for interviews/decisions to be made by hiring managers. Once the recruiter got involved it was downhill. Unethical, dishonest, worst recruitment experience.
-Not transparent, lying recruiters who work with clients to undercut successful candidates/don't challenge clients who blatantly go against clear policy
-I was offered and accepted a contract role but because client didn't like that I dare negotiate, the offer was rescinded and given to a silver medallist who scored lower than me (completely against AMS policy). Completely unethical!
-AMS staff is not Authentic or Bold. Fake values that are tossed aside on a whim. Recruiter lied and said the role went internally (how when it's contingent). Her manager admitted that was a lie and would not provide me with my interview scores and feedback that I am entitled to
-I turned down several interviews after accepting the offer and I'm now out of a contract
-Disgusting behaviour from the client, recruiter and manager, AMS complaints process is a waste of time
-Zero accountability, zero regard, zero care
Enforce your policies and values. Hold staff and clients accountable for their actions. Clients should not be allowed to take away offers on a whim when candidate has accepted.
