Interview
There was no interview. You go to a 2 hour long meeting where they talk about the job and what it's like in addition they talk about the costs of the training. If you pay, you're basically hired.

Interview
There is no interview or formal process. Just a 3 day training class, and boom. You are a lifeguard. Short and easy physical test, followed by a practical and written exam is all you need to do.

Interview
Interviewers were kind and specified what was required as a lifeguard. Stated that training was an important part of becoming a lifeguard. Also stated that if I were to get the job that I would be stationed near where I live.
