Phone screening and in-person interview. Never heard back, not via email, phone after several attempts at following up. Poor communication, unprofessional.

Phone interview with HR never happened as it was supposed to, they scheduled me for an in person right away, to expedite the process and eliminate unnecessary steps. Interviewed with the person who would be my boss, a coworker, and boss's boss in person. Emailed offer, were accommodating of the time constraints I had given my current position elsewhere.
