Interviewed with 6 people over the a 1 month period including the CTO, CDO, and president of the US region all of whom gave me very positive feedback on the spot including telling me that I nailed the case study exercise which required a lot of preparation time. The final stage interview was characterized as a cultural fit interview with two ladies who weee potential peers. They seemed uninformed about the job I was applying for and the people I had already interviewed with. Instead of a final stage interview they treated it as if it was a first stage gate and eliminated me immediately because they were given the incorrect jobs description. As many others have stated heee the interview process was a bit disorganized and unclear and I feel like I wasted a lot of time and effort.
