It's a phone interview, go through your basic CV experience, and the recuiter introduced the company and what product they are doing, then i was told they will basically have 2 more interviews to exanmine your techincal skills.
Show working projects frontend/backend, ask questions on the logics, to make sure you can build web app
There were total 3 people asking questions
Switched the Mandarin Mode once they found out I can speak Mandarin lol
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AOI (Tokyo) in Dec 2024
Interview
They send me a message and zoom link within a week. There are three interviews with around 6-7 question. After the interview, they offered the passion in the women rights sector and accepted me immediately.
