Interview
The hiring and interview phase starts with the interested candidate writing a three hundred words article on a particular event that took place at college. along with this a picture of the event has to be sent to the coolage internship committee at AOL . they evaluate the writing skills of the candidate and with this all other important aspects are also reviewed. finally the candidate is selected on the basis of all of the above and is selected.

Great quick there was definitely some harder questions but they didn't ask that many i don't think i was experienced and the interview ended pretty quick. with the exception of some random questions.

First phone call, then online interview. It was not difficult. It was the standard questions asked in an interview. Recommend doing research about the different aspects of the company to prep for the interview.
