The process contains 2-3 interview with levels of management and peers. Initial screen followed by manager interview and ride along. Questions revolve around working in stressful environments, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

Panel of APMT Managers ask mostly situational based questions. They ask you about your background and what your idea of the role might be, Put yourself in the role and try to come up with as many situational questions and answers that you can think of.

Straight forward process. Asked about prior work history. Strengths and weaknesses. Process now has gotten a bit more involved with panel interviews with directors and manager level. Usually a few rounds of interviews.
