I got a called from APR 57 and I was asked to come down for an interview. I visited the store and met the Owner. I was asked questions on my background, experience, and interest in the company. They also ask behavioral questions to assess my leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation. In the end the owner asked me what suggestions I had for his organization which I guess he likes it and I was hired and was given an opportunity to work here.
