I interviewed with HR for about 30 minutes - very nice lady. I then met with the hiring manager, I gave her a quick overview of my professional experience and she did NOT review my resume prior to our interview. Furthermore, she felt I was overqualified for the position.

Interview
Be prepared of what you are going to present to them on your previous experiences. Their HR kept on beating the bushes and asking your references why you left the previous company. You have to have a previous PC industry experiences to get the job offer. Without it, they won't ever consider looking at your resume.
