The first round would be HR and the second would be Technical. if the candidate clears both the interviews then he will get selected or some time the hiring manager will take 1 more round of interviews.

Pretty easy, just want to see if you are a good fit. Asked about my background and how it relates to the role. Asked how I would be a good fit for the company.
