I have applied several times over the past few years for positions at ASML that perfectly matched my background and skills. I have nearly 15 years of professional experience working with the same technology stack required for these roles, and I’ve even launched my own project built entirely on this stack.
These positions remain open on ASML’s career site for long periods — sometimes continuously — which makes it even more confusing why there has never been any response or acknowledgment of my applications.
It’s difficult to evaluate the hiring process because there was simply no communication at all. I believe ASML could greatly improve the candidate experience by providing at least a short update or feedback, especially for applicants with highly relevant experience.
