I applied with a CV and a motivation letter through their official website, there were no other steps involved and I received an invitation for an interview. The application procedure was easy to follow and they responded quickly.

I was asked about my experiences and knowledge. I was also asked a couple hypothetical questions. For example they asked what I would do if there was a part which had to be sent to the customer but I realized right before shipment that it has a fault.

I went on a full-day interview onsite, and recruiter told me that I would hear back in three weeks. However, I never heard back despite reaching recruiters twice at the fourth and sixth weeks.
