I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASML (Chandler, AZ) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone screening by a recruiter asking general questions about experience and background. Then the recruiter set up face to face interviews with the hiring manager, HR and an engineer in the group. Interviews were held locally at their office location in Chandler AZ, but the jobs were actually in either Santa Clara CA or Hillsboro OR. After the interviews I sent thank-you notes to the interviewers, but then I heard nothing for several weeks. I tried to contact the recruiter to ask for a status update, but got no answers or responses.
Interview questions [1]

General behavioral and technical questions. One that stands out is "What is your experience working on photolithography steppers?"
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASML (Suwon-dong) in Apr 2026
Interview
You have to be prepared for English questions. English questions were difficult because I am Korean.
As for the English question, I have a very simple question. (hobby, motivation for applying..)

Interview
Within a month of applying, had a recorded video interview and then a video call with managers. Content of interviews were both technical and personal questions. Altogether it was a smooth experience.

Question 1
What do you know about photolithography or the tool?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ASML (Veldhoven) in Mar 2023
Interview
1. HR screening 2. On-site interview Rejection. Each round rotates around 5 working days with very standardized scedule and HRs are apporachable, professional, and helpful. But 3-hour on-site interview is too long. Make sure you eat something before going there.
