Initial Stage: Video and behavourial assessment done online at your own time Assessment Centre: 1st round done in teams, where we were divided and had to present our case study. Was really fun. 2nd round is late in the evening. The interviewers were apathetic at that point, showing no interest in my answers and struggling to follow up with questions. Quite disappointing but it happens after a long day of interviewing.

It was lovely, the interviewer is very chill and relaxed, they are really keen to learn more about how you react/ handle an IT project. More to conversational between interviewer and interviewee.

It is very fast process. And there is two type interviews. One of them is to meet your future superior. It is very fun to have conversation with them. They asked you about your behaviour based on your past experience.
