Interview
The interview process at Athens Exchange Group was impressively structured and professional. From the initial phone call, the HR interviewer provided a clear and compelling overview of the role and the company’s culture, setting the tone for a thoughtful and well-organized experience. Throughout the process, he remained consistently present, offering guidance, timely feedback, and a sense of genuine support.
During the main interview, his questions were highly specific and detailed—clearly designed to uncover the depth and relevance of my experience. It was evident that he truly understands his discipline, not just in terms of HR mechanics but also in how to connect with candidates meaningfully.
Although I wasn’t ultimately moved to the next phase, the experience was both positive and challenging. The role seemed to target professionals of a slightly higher seniority or specialization than initially described, which reflects the company’s high standards and commitment to excellence. Overall, it was a valuable and respectful process that left me with a strong impression of the organization’s professionalism.
I had an excellent interview for a risk analyst role. The process was well-structured, with insightful questions on financial modeling, stress testing, and risk management. The panel was engaging, and I effectively demonstrated my analytical skills and industry knowledge.

Interview
Very Easy technical questions on databases and an upset interviewer who seemed to demand overtime on daily basis as part of the job. Seemed to me quite a toxic strictly dress coded environment which I did not need at that time in my life.

Question 1
Trivial questions on databases which a junior should be able to figure out. However my questions regarding the work hours did not please the interviewer. Specifically I wanted to know the exact start and leave time.
