Leadership team put out all the stops, showed great transparency in company operations and what I felt was an honest assessment of the company's strengths and weaknesses. I asked specific questions about profit/loss history targets, company vision, and received very specific answers for most on the fly, others on follow-up interview when necessary. I was given a tour of the entire office/staff in Pleasanton and given personal 1:1 time with engineering team leadership.
