Really unprofessional organization. No respect for candidates. Managers will personally call you before your joining and abuse you (maybe they don't need you anymore or they have big ego issues). Maybe a good bank but not good for IT or analytics people. There attitude completely changed after I served my notice period with my current organization. Lost my job because of them. Not many opportunities in Jaipur so they are kind of big fish in a very small pond. But it's not worth to join especially analytics team. They will ask your expectation in all rounds but will never tell you if they can pay you that much or not. Overall every thing is upside down. and shameless response from the HR.
