First interview is 30 Minute talk which is pretty generic, then they send you a test after which they invite you for a one on one talk over Skype. the HR Person is very chill but the test is on classification Analysis which is hard.
Call from HR and then interview with direct supervisor. It was very nice and professional, but also at the same time casual and informative. You will receive feedback shortly.
You need to be precise on your motivation for the position.
