I passed three rounds of interview, first with HR, then from people within the team, and last round with Head of logistics. The last round was onsite, and in the moment when I came to Auto 1 office in Kreuzberg , lady from HR told me that Head of Logistic wont appear and that somebody else will do the interview. with me . This was very unpleasant experience for me, this person wasn't kind and professional at all, when we started to discuss about my experience and future role , he gave me absolutely opposite informations in comparing to his colleges on previous round. He had business development background and without any sense for supply chain operations for which position I was interviewed. Then he gave me "case study" to solve in front of him, even it wasn't ever communicated with me before that it will be final stage of interviewing. When I asked him why case study wasn't announced , his answer was "If it is announced, then it wont be interesting" . Completely unprofessional and millenial approach.
