I applied online for the Expert Java Developer position in the Core team. First round was a screening round with HR where she asked general behavioural questions and some basic questions from java, testing and architecture. I had given the option to choose 3 topics out of 5 or 6 topics. Recruiter was very responsive and came up with the feedback on the next day itself. She scheduled the next round in the same week. Next round was an online coding where the interviewer evaluates the code correctness, testing, exception handling etc. I received positive feedback and I requested to schedule the next round within the next 2-3 working days, as I was about to go on vacation. They scheduled the next round within a couple of days as per my request. In the last round they asked questions around multiple topics and dive deeper into JVM internals, SQL queries, etc. I was not well prepared for these topics and did not perform well. Later, they offered me the Senior Software Engineer role instead of Expert role. I got a better offer after a week so I declined the SSE offer. Overall I had a very positive experience, the entire process took around a week to 10 days. They were super responsive and the interviewers were subject experts.
