      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AWE in Jan 2024

      Interview

After applying I was told for the interview, held over Teams, I would have to present for 10 minutes what I could bring to the team. This was then followed with some technical questions related to the role, which were tough, but a good indicator of whether you will be interested and capable in the role. The interview was challenging but very rewarding and enjoyable - the interviewers were down to earth and very pleasant.
