Don't bother applying to this company, they're not hiring. They're making you do free labor and then say they chose a different candidate but somehow no employee is being added to the company. The overall process took almost 2 months. After two weeks of wait, I received an email that they chose a different candidate. it has been more than a month now - no PM has been added to the company which tells me they never hired anyone. Shortly after, a senior PM position was opened with the same description. If I were you, I wouldn't spend my time going through this process. It was very unethical, and I hope it comes back to bite both the company and the employees who were entertaining this lie.

The interview was pleasant but seemed too brief. The HR representative was kind, but the lack of questions made it feel as if the decision was already made, which was disheartening. If it was clear from the beginning that I wasn't a fit, it would have been better not to proceed with the interview. Additionally, seeing the job reposted within a week makes me wonder if the position was never intended to be filled.
