Consisted of several virtual interview steps: 1) HR, followed by 2) consultant currently filling role, 3) 2 senior-level people at the organization, one who said I was her top choice at the time, 4) another C-suite person, and 5) another consultant in another department. All helpful and cordial conversations. Process took about 2 weeks; one of the interviewers said they’d be making a decision in the next 2 weeks after that. They never got back to me; still haven’t many weeks later. I saw recently on LinkedIn someone in my network got the job, which is great, but they should really close the loop with candidates, especially those who went through 5 rounds of interviews.
