The hiring process involves several interviews, culminating with the President. First is a meeting with a consultant or recruiter, 2nd is with the Area Manager, 3rd is with other staff members and 4th is the President. Normal hiring paperwork, the interview with Seth Stein, the President was definitely the hardest one.
