Interview
Brief chat about experience, and given about 20 minutes to prepare a random lesson and demonstrate how I would teach it, and then asked about what I liked about teaching. Talked about my role in previous schools. The Education Manager at the time (mid 2015) was relaxed and wanted to help the interviewee regardless of job offer or not. The Assistant Director of Studies was also present.
