Able Kids interview questions

I have been interviewed for each role and have been hired for each role. Throughout the interview process, I was interviewed by the Regional Director, a Clinical Director, HR, and the Vice President of Vinea Capital. The hiring process included questions pertaining to my role as a supervisee (RBT and Case Manager) and the questions geared towards my professional and ethical decision-making processes. For the role of the BCBA, I was interviewed by again the Regional Director, HR, and VP of Vinea Capital to ensure I was within competency to lead a double clinic with professional and ethical mannerisms. They provided open-ended questions, scenario questions, requested information from previous work experience, and furthermore we discussed the ABLE Kids Model to ensure my role with ABLE Kids would align with their vision and mission. Throughout the process, I felt supported and the communication was excellent.

4 steps. First a screening about 5 minutes to make sure you’re ok with the location, hours and salary. Second interview with clinical director about 15 minutes to discuss the day to day operations. Very brief, business-like. Clinical director does NOT care about your life so don’t bother explaining details about it. Last interview (which was over a month from my screening) is with the CIO and is a vibe/passion check which was much more promising. After that, you will be invited to possibly meet the CFO and tour a couple of clinics. ASK QUESTIONS while you are on these tours! There is a lot to see and you want to understand how the clinic operates!
