The interview process took about a week and a half. I applied through a recruiter online. After the phone screening with the recruiter, I had to take a predictive index assessment prior to the interview. I took the assessment and within a few days, I was contacted to set up an interview. I interviewed with the Payroll, HR & Employee Benefits Manager and the Customer Service Manager. Within a week, I was contacted for a final phone interview with my immediate supervisor. Overall, I was satisfied with the interview process. Everyone was friendly and communicative throughout.
