I guess the job is a good starting position in the industry
The interview process was simple
Step one was the phone screen from a recruiter
Step two in-person interview with direct manager
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ablestoke Financial Planning (London, England) in May 2020
Interview
Unprofessional, just asking questions about how much you really want to successful. All they want to know is what kind of network you have around you so you can tap them up for business.

Question 1
Who do you know, that can become and client and make you money?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ablestoke Financial Planning (Dartford, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
3 interviews at their offices.
I had my first interview with one director who seemed quite nice, it was relatively informal. 2nd interview was with a second director who was actively trying to see if he could make me crack. I actually ended up crying in the interview. What a wierd tactic to see if you can have "thick skin". Oddly, I was invited back for a third interview. Was told the 2nd was a ploy to test you. All very odd. Financial advice shouldnt be about cold calling and getting abuse. They are very tartget and numbers bonus driven. It felt more like a sales role.
