Interview
Initially, there is a telephonic screening to establish if what is on your CV matches your skillset. A few random technical question are asked. Its basic theory. This is followed by Brain Bench Test together with a face to face interview with a panel of managers. Being a Bank, they will do very in depth background checks (Criminal, Credit Checks, past employment references)

Interview
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It consisted of two stages: one technical interview and one culture-fit interview. Both interviews were scheduled efficiently, and the communication throughout was clear and professional. The entire process took approximately two weeks from start to finish. After completing the interviews, I received an offer promptly and was excited to accept it. Overall, the experience was smooth, transparent, and left me feeling confident about joining the team.
