The interview process here is extremely easy going. They will reach out to you via email to schedule a phone interview. They will call for the phone interview on time and, if they are interested, will schedule an in person interview. The in person interview is very casual and is more so a conversation as well as a tour of the campus.

They are so hungry for fresh meat that they stumble over themselves to hire you, at least they did me. They’ve got to. The workforce is constantly bleeding. The HR department is inept, lacking any professional training aside from a few mandatory classes, as a result the department confuses a militant mindset for a corporate one. The company culture is about oppression and intimidation, but make no mistake, the orders come from the top, despite the pretence otherwise.
