I spoke with a manager who had not been there long. It was a simple interview, only a few questions, and I was offered the job on my way home. There were 5 people who also interviewed that day and all 5 were hired.

Had quick chat about personal lives, then was asked series of basic questions and questions that didn't actually relate to the role.
Was easy to do, to be honest I fluffed most of it from basic knowledge and they didn't seem to realise.
Seemed that whilst I had no experience, I somehow knew more than those interviewing me.
