First, they explain the job but not what this position does, and they focus more on why the salary is low.
Second, they ask why I don't have a job right after graduation. I explained, and they wanted to know more about why I had not signed a contract yet. This part lasted for 10 minutes out of 25 minutes of the interview.
Third, I had to make my own case to the interviewer about why I am a good fit for this position. Fourth, they let me explain back to them what this job is about in my words. Fifth, they explained that they will not move me up as the job does not suit me because of a lack of x,y,z experience. Sixth, I explained I have x,y.z experience too if I can explain it. The interviewer said this is not our agenda today, but they got that I have those too.
