Straightforward. Depending on the interviewer it can be either quick or a bit. They really want people who are not in school or try seasonal positions. Other than that it wasn't too bad.

It was very simple. I was the only person scheduled to be interviewed that day who actually showed up. I was asked a few questions and then offered the job. No phone interview or online assessment. No drug test.
