Interview
Filled out the online application. Got a call from the HR guy a couple days later with basic questions like availability, still looking for a job, do you have means of transport etc. Set up a day to come in and meet with a manager. Business casual is fine for this interview. Asked a couple of basic customer service related questions and why I thought I would be good for the job. Got told the salary and asked if I wanted the job and accepted.

Interview
Sit down interview, that discussed previous work history. Went into detail about company values, management, and expectations. Very easy and standard practice. Waited a few days before heard anything back.
You are introduced to the assistant manager of your interested department. From there they will interview you for 5 minutes then after that you will be introduced o the manager of the department that you applied for and then they will interview you for an additional 5 minutes or so.

Interview
Very professional interview, asked relevant questions pertaining to the job and instantly looked for any feedback or inquiries I had. The interview made me very comfortable to where I could instantly view myself as a team member.
