Applied online Monday, got a call that Tuesday, came in that Thursday, started that next Monday with onboarding. Easy interview in onboarding/training room with your department manager. As long as your friendly and have common sense you'll get the job. They're not interviewing tons of prospective employees to find the best fit, they're interviewing whoever applied at the right time to fill a newly empty spot, so the interview isn't really difficult - kind of a formality almost. Onboarding takes 2-3 days and then you start working a few days later.
