Stay away from the company. From my experience, it is waste of time. They are not genuine hiring. A third party recruiter reached out for acante. Then proceeded a call with their CTO talked about what they are looking for. Then moved forward with 3 rounds of interviews with their engineers on questions heavily about Terraform. Then their CTO reached out after all interviews told me that I got 2 positive and 1 neutral feedbacks from the 3 interviews and asking me to have another round of interview which is when thing went sideway. When I ask for details about what I didn't go well and what specific they are looking to test so I can demonstrate it better, the CTO stumbled and couldn't come up with anything. He then asked me what do I think what did I not do well then hold that against me. But when I got into a bit of details about my solution to the interview, the CTO couldn't follow which, to me, clearly he didn't know anything but trying to find something so they can bargain salary . My feelings was the CTO is being very difficultly and not sincerely wanting to hire. Or they are looking for someone who is fine with getting whatever they throw at you.
