Great interview process!
Initially had an HR Telephonic interview followed by a Manager Telephonic interview.
The questions were probing mainly into my technical capabilities and how much I understand generic business processes.
The F2F Interview was probing on my understanding of the company and what they do....They wanted me to know ahead of the interview what the company does and the various services they provide!
If you're interviewing with this company, ensure you know the company and what they do and do a thorough research on their website!
The interview process was a call from the manager and a meeting in person, the office was in a nice location and quite accessible. There's a nice sushi restaurant next dooe

Had a couple of phone calls with John Morgan, the GOAT, in my opinion. More of a conversation than interview, as we talked about the theory of recruiting. I was a referral though, so maybe others had a tougher time. 2 calls. 2 negotiation calls.
