Interview
I had 2 rounds. First round was with Rob (founder and algorithm expert) and Dave (software lead and one of 2 software engineers). I had an honest and healthy discussion and even got an update they were impressed with my skills. The second round was programming round as technical assessment and I was asked to complete a given task in a stipulated time. I did get feedback stating from the recruiter they have interviewed 190 people, of which only 25 people go into second round. In second round they only given feed back 2 popel so far.

Question 1
First-round focused on my skills, work I have done so far by assessing my exposure to profiling and optimizations, analyze deduct CPU internals, cache lines and SIMD, the preferred programming environment and language, I was asked about my exposure to C++, but not mandatory.
programming skills assessment was to `Write Some C++/C Code That Allocates Both Memory Areas And Then Copies And Compares The Memory, Before Deallocating. Assume This Could Run As Superuser.`. The condition did not use DPDK or any libraries or any specific coding style. There was no mention for the function to be made as libraries or populated with comments.
