I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Acceleration Partners (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2025
Interview
Simple and to the point. Spoke with outsourced recruiter via zoom. Very friendly meeting. She asked me about my background, explained firm culture and expectations. Overall I would say the interview process was very ordinary.

Interview
focus on EQ and really digging on the way a person would integrate into a team. If you're being spoken to chance are you have the skills already. They pull in skilled people, so it's important to understand the energy of the company and how you can contribute beyond just can you do the job.

Interview
I went through several steps including “homework” and was told that they are very transparent and respectful and would keep me in the loop and get back to me and even though I kept reaching out to them, I didn’t hear back when they had said I would hear back in two days which extended to two weeks later and they finally sent me a very nice email…. after I had reached out to 2 people about 2 times each.
