      Manager Interview

      26 Jun 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acceleration Partners (Denver, CO) in Nov 2014

      Interview

The interview process was a little long but was definitely thorough and worth the effort. I felt fully vetted and confident that anyone who made it through the process was well qualified and competent. In all, it required 3 phone interviews, 2 assignments, although one was very quick, and a video interview. While it was the longest interview process I have ever been a part of, it felt reasonable given the remote work environment and the need to hire people who are able to stay on task with little to no supervision.
