Pay close attention to the negative reviews.
I had a scheduled video interview and even received a text reminder 30 minutes beforehand. I logged in five minutes early and remained on the call for 35 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes with no one joining, I emailed the interviewer. I then followed up with the recruiter who originally scheduled the interview, and she told me she would look into it and get back to me.
A few hours later, I received a generic rejection email thanking me for my time and stating that I was not selected—despite the fact that the interview never took place. I was never given an opportunity to interview, making the entire experience a significant waste of my time.
