I met with the area manager and the store manager. I was told that it was a customer service, with light collections. It ended up that I was required to make 100 collection call per. I feel like I was misinformed about the position. I only worked about 6 weeks, I did not like the job at all. I latter found out that no one followed policy. They just did what they wanted.
