I took part in the interview in 04/2018. Before the face to face interview there was an informal phone interview in Chinese, to ask you how you are going to settle down in UK, why you applied for this, why we should choose you etc. There were two parts of the interview, first part was a paper task, there was a situation that you had to email the partner school to inform them about the process of the visa application. The other part was to write down a tour time schedule in Chinese. The paper task was very simple and basic. The second part was a formal interview in English, which took around 20 mins to talk about the basic role, your personal skills, etc. There would be a second round interview with the manager.
